ACCOMMODATION

Each choir including conductor, accompanying person and bus drivers shall pay its own travel, accommodation and meals expenses. 

 

A compulsory condition for participants is to order accommodation through “Lituania Cantat”.

There are city taxes 1 euro per person per day. 

 

• For an additional fee, we can offer lunch and dinner options for your group.
• Kaunas International airport (KUN) – 15 km.
• Kaunas train station  – 3 km.
• Additional charge for a single room.
• All packages includes:
  • Festival material
  • Special offers of the festival
  • Participation in the GALA concert
  • Participation in concerts / St. Mass service (according request)
  • Participation of choir representatives at meeting with judges
  • Copies of jurors’ evaluation sheets and competition’s results sheet

Hostel/guests house/hotel 1*. In option 1 breakfast is not included. There is possibilty to order breakfast for extra fee 5 EUR, it will be serve in the nearest coffee, or restaurant.

 

Options:

1.  Guests house (40 persons group) old town. Single, double, 3-beds rooms, 4 – beds rooms, self-service kitchen – rest room, shared showers and toilet, kitchen, parking for car or bus, wireless internet access, linen included, convenient access to public transport.

• 3 nights/per person 65 EUR.

 

2.  Guest house (48 persons group) old town. Single, double, 3-beds rooms, 4- beds room. The Guest House is provided with internet access, parking for car or bus, rest room, shared showers in some rooms, linen included, convenient access to public transport.

• 3 nights/per person 75 EUR.

 

3.  Economy hotel (31 pesons group) old town. Double, triple rooms – 8 rooms have en suite bathroom (with shower, WC and sink) while the rest of the rooms are split in Family blocks 3 blocks of 2 rooms each sharing one bathroom. Parking for car or bus, rest room, little kitchen (for coffee and tea).

• 3 nights/per person 75 EUR.

 

4.  Hostel (28 persons group) city center. 12-beds, 8-beds, 6 – beds and double rooms, self-service kitchen – rest room, shared showers, kitchen and toilet, parking for car or bus, wireless internet access, linen included, convenient access to public urban transport.

• 3 nights/per person 65 EUR.

 

5.  Hostel (18 persons group) city center. 4bed dorm, 6 bed dorm and 8 bed dorm. self-service kitchen – rest room, shared showers, kitchen and toilet, parking for car or bus, wireless Internet access, linen included, convenient access to public urban transport.

• 3 nights/per person 65 EUR.

 

6.  Hostel (23 persons group) city center. 4bed dorm, 6 bed dorm and 8 bed dorm. self-service kitchen – rest room, shared showers, kitchen and toilet, parking for car or bus, wireless Internet access, linen included, convenient access to public urban transport.
